Description

Conlebucce is obtained from Falanghina grapes from our ungrafted vineyard, selected in the area of highest altitude and with southern exposure. Maceration on the skins restores marked characteristics of minerality, flavor and a clear reference to the soil of origin through hints of smoking.

Vinification and refinement

Vinification in steel, spontaneous fermentation, maceration for 30 – 40 days on the skins. Aging for 8 months on fine lees and further aging for 1 year in the bottle.
